Ingrid Elisabeth ChristophersenNetwork co-leader Ingrid Elisabeth Christophersen MD, PhD is a Post-doc Researcher at the Department of Medical Research, Bærum Hospital, Vestre Viken Hospital Trust, Gjettum, Norway. She recently completed a two-year postdoctoral research fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard University, and the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT.

Research areas: Epidemiology; genetics; genomics; pathophysiology; cardiovascular risk factors; sex differences.

Projects: Genetics in Atrial Fibrillation (GENAF); Akershus Cardiac Examination (ACE) 1950 study.
